Our 11 CCP (CargoWise Certified Professionals) consultants will help you resolve technical issues, optimise system use and ensure smooth operation.
This service provides personalised support aimed at maximizing the efficiency and reliability of your tool.
- Answer delay: 24 hours - if special procedures do not allow a response within 24 hours, we will inform you of the delay.
- Minimum time spent on each answer: 20 minutes - our responses come with explanations allowing our customers to progress in their use of CargoWise.
- Subscription period: the "Cargowise Hotline" subscription is for one year, within a limit of 22 working hours.
After each request, we inform you of the remaining hours on your package.
